awesome news!

I have wonderful news about Garrett though! Seems the equate is doing its magic and he's back up to 24 lbs as of this morning!  I'm SO glad to see that and that he's eating well and another big factor is that he pooped this morning and it was NORMAL!!!! no more runs!!!!!!!!!!  now he can start eating his yogurt again, I'm SO happy!!

his sleep has been whacked, but ah well. last night he woke at 2:30 and 5, brought him to bed with us then and he fussed until I fixed him a sippy and he gulped that down and slept til almost 9. I was soooooooo tired when he woke at 5 though. I really didn't have the patience for fussing then. *blush* thankfully daddy took care of him besides me getting his sippy.

he's playing now this morning, has eaten some breakfast too. the kids are enjoying a day off and Canaan went with dh and FIL down to Nashville.

it'll be a boring day, but I'll be working my butt off STILL cleaning the house! I've already changed my sheets and gotten a big pile of bed linens in the washer, got the dishwasher going, put up some clothes for garrett, got breakfast for the kids, got myself dressed (go me LOL ) and now I'm sitting here.

I did buy myself a present yesterday. while at best buy, I got katlyn her new music clip for her mp3 player, but also got myself the new Inuyasha movie #4.  it included a soundtrack CD and that's what I'm listening to. we'll watch the movie later today!

O Happy Day!

so we had a good day. after church mom took the youngest 4 with them and me, dh, C and FIL went to have dinner at New China (I must have been awfully hungry cause it tasted fantastic!!  :-D ), then off to the college to get there a bit early.
it lasted for almost 2 hours, so we got there at 2:30 and we were almost in our town about 7. (it was scheduled to run 4-6 pm)
after that went to Tori's house for some cake.

in WONDERFUL news, Garrett actually ate really well today!! mom said he'd basically pigged out all day since lunch time! I'm SO happy! said he ate hard, played hard and slept hard. LOL!
he was up every 2 hours last night (yawn-ugh) so I figured his appetite was coming back. but he didn't eat breakfast for me today, except some milk. he had one mud-poop before church, but otherwise, no poops today either!
we did have prayer for him at church today as well. I'm ready for that boy to pack on some more weight! he looks so slinky right now.
he's also walking again (not all the time besides his cruising, just between places), though he's kinda shaky a lot of times.  don't know if he's worried about it now or just cause he went for 2 weeks with not doing it. ah well.

ok, I really need to go to bed! more stuff to do tomorrow and my house is STILL a wreck. *sigh*

well, Garrett got sick again today. :-(  he's not been sick in days, yet this morning after we were out and about, he puked up all his gatorade. he'd only drank about half of his cup too. :-( I just dont know what to do about him.
daddy got to change his diaper this morning though.  :-) course I had to clean up the highchair and the floor.  but he's only gone once today, so that's cool.

we've had a good day otherwise. we went yard saleing with my mom (the kids and I took daddy's car in since C was with daddy today). we hit some awesome finds!
G got a new leapstart learning table for $1 (we've already been playing with it)
I got a new huge medicine cabinet for $2. dh will get it up this weekend! (I'll get pics then)
I got a Step2 (like little tykes) chalk board/art easel for $1
tickle me elmo (original) for .25 (no, we've never had one LOL)
a huge play tent, little mermaid, .25
full bag of clothes for G and a couple items for the boys $4

BIG gift today though is what dh bought me when he went to Lowes (what is that commercial where the man is going to home depot and he cant promise his wife he wont spend to much?  :-D ) well, dh bought me the new dishwasher we looked at a few weeks ago! it was $50 off today and we have it on 12m no interest. (but I tell you, I'm SO nervous about buying big ticket items anymore *breathe deeply* it'll get moved to the top of our pay off list). it'll get put in this weekend of course (he's got a 4 day weekend!)
I'm VERY excited! this is the first new appliance we've bought since the dryer to go with the washer a few years ago.
there's nothing wrong with our current dishwasher (its just the old style with only one washing sprayer and doesnt do a good job) so we'll sell that on the local trading post. *crossing fingers*
I'll get pics and stuff when it gets installed. right now its just in the box out in the garage. (guess I could go sniff it.  :-D ).

dh and canaan have already left for their two ballgames tonight. hope they do well, the neighboring team is said to be hard.  ;-) canaan was saying how long the day was going to be and I told him to perk up, he gets to have FUN and go PLAY baseball!!! he laughed and agreed then! silly kid.

Garrett is sleeping now, first nap he's had today, poor baby. and at least he didnt mess all over himself during the night/early morning today. that's a plus!

dh has a 4 day weekend! not sure what I'll do with him! :-D tomorrow we'll both be busy though. he's going to Lowe's to get stuff to fix up the baseball field dugouts for the little league (if anyone remembers, he fixed up the minor league dugouts last year). C will go with him for that.
tomorrow at 3:30, the team will be going to the neighboring town for two games. (their previously scheduled one from a couple weeks ago was rained out).
Canaan's team won their game tonight! 14-3, so they're once again tied for first place! he got to pitch tonight too and dh said he did very well.
I finished 3 of my 4 shops for this week. will do the 4th on saturday and then I have two for next week. It'll bring in some good money, even though I gripe about doing the particular type of shops I'm doing this week. All the money I make off these goes into a seperate checking account, which we use as a type of savings really. its nice to see it build up (slow but sure) with money I make. that's how I bought K's MP3 player for her bday.

been (slowly) downloading some songs tonight. I have one more free music credit left. going to see if I can find some more free DL codes tomorrow while out and about. hehe!

Garrett acts much better today! his poopy is still VERY runny, not even the consistency of mustard yet, but at least he only went twice today. that says a lot right there! he has drank a lot of fluids today, eaten about 3 ritz crackers, a few bites of bread for lunch, and for dinner he actually ate 3 vienna hotdogs (yeah, great dinner, but hey, he was eating! )
he also drank most of his milk (thats mixed with the ensure).

I reweighed him today and it says he's up to 22.5 lbs. sounds great to me, at least its not going down anymore! my mom was even commenting on how much thinner he looked the other day.  hard to see just in pics, but with him being so long, he just looks skinny so easily. I've not had to worry about 'skinny babies' since K was a baby! all the other boys were chunks o' meat at this age! (seriously, 5-7 lbs heavier!) not that I think G will be built 'thin' cause K isnt thin either, but he might be a bit gangly for a while growing up!  (must get it from his daddy, cause I've seen pics of him as a little kid and he was all long skinny legs and gangly arms for a long time! :-D )

well, the good news is he's eaten some more raisin bread this morning. not a whole lot, but its his first breakfast in days! :-)   he also took his milk.
I'm planning on going to walmart when C wakes up to go buy some ensure (store brand) for Garrett. figure that'll at least give him the vitamins and stuff he needs to get some energy back.

come on already!

poor Garrett has had diarrhea today as well, though not as often as he went yesterday, but still it is what it is none the less. he's eaten half way decently today and napped well for me too. I can tell he's just not feeling up to snuff though cause he's just not wanting to play much and when he does he's pretty quiet. :-( I want my well baby back! Canaan also had the same problem today as G. he's better now, but was NOT happy this morning.

in kitten news, I'm not sure if mama kitty will continue to care for him. he was fine this morning and nice and warm in the box (she'd moved him to the box she wanted originally) but she wouldnt go in the box with him all during the day to nurse. if I took him to her she would nurse him fine and clean him some, but she made no over effort to go to him. :-( not sure what we'll do. they're back in the barn tonight so we'll see how tomorrow goes. I really dont want to lose another kitten...

in great Gavin news, he taught himself how to ride without training wheels today! 8-) he's been practicing all week (the T-wheels have been on, just turned up so that they didn't keep him upright on the bike) and today Canaan took them off for him and he did great! I've got pics of course that I'll post later. I'm very proud of him and he of course is VERY proud of himself! :-)

couldn't get OL until tonight. my phone line was totally wonked out. if you picked up the phone, all you heard was an ear-splitting grinding type noise. its still crackly, but at least its usable. I'll be ever SO glad when they decide the area is worth upgrading the phone lines to new ones!

ok, guess that's about it. we do have ball practice tomorrow night. they have a game on Thursday. right now C's team is 5-3, so they're still in the running for first place again!

and tonight

so dh and Canaan buried all 4 kittens up on the back hill where our beloved Tilly and Callie are. I felt so bad for mama kitty though cause she knew her babies were dead (she sniffed them and followed the guys to the burial place) but she still cried for them all day. :-(
in good news though, my mom brought over an abandoned kitten from her place (the mama cat just stopped caring for it) and it was the same age as our kittens that were killed. mom had been bottle feeding him for a couple days, but wanted to see if our mama kitty would take him in.
she DID!  it took her a few sniffs and questioning looks at us (as in "this isn't one of my babies") but the little one was SO excited to have a mama kitty and I think she really needed a baby to love on so she laid down and started letting him nurse.
she took to him very quickly, which I was very happy and partly amazed. just glad it wasn't the other 'temp' mama kitty that was helping to take care of the other babies, cause she wont have anything to do with this one (which I expected of her).
we were worried about its safety though, so I got the PNP out (I keep it outside generally to use out there) and put the kitty box in it cause the baby is a wanderer now. but, mama kitty did NOT like it one bit and would not stay with baby in there. so I turned the box up so it had 4 sides and she was quite happy.
tonight we took them into the garage, which I'd planned on doing, but obviously mama kitty was worried too, cause before dh closed up the garage, she had taken baby kitten in there to a new place. I think she wanted to feel safer too.
so box and all are in the garage tonight and we'll get them out in the morning. I may set her up a temp area in there with a litter box as well.

the shelter lady brought back our other two mama kitties today as well and brought some more food for the cats (I love this lady! :-D ) so all my kitties are home now.

I'm also going to ask her about the possibility of katlyn taking a couple days a month to help her somehow. K loves animals and I think she'd get a lot out of helping Ruth.

Garrett hasn't been sick anymore today, but has had diarrhea all day long. I've cleaned up several puddles of poop from the carpet and the porch. poor little guy, by the end of the day it was just clear stinky farts that he'd pass.  he had a low grade temp this morning, but it faded out by lunch (along with a good 2 hr nap). he ate GREAT for dinner. scarfed up probably a cup worth of fresh green beans and boiled taters! plus his juice mix (w/ pedialyte). that was the most he ate all day though, so I was glad to see it, just hope it stays in where it should!

let's see.. yesterday I got to Sam's club for the first time (did I mention that?) and I know where I'm going to buy the strawberries, kiwi and cherry tomatoes for K and G's party!

ok, I think that's all. sorry if I've not made it to everyones journals. I feel like I've missed out on a lot, but between all this stuff this week, I've not been in an OL mood...

first thing this morning

its been 'one of those mornings' already by 8 a.m.

first when I went in to get garrett, I found that he had puked all over his bed and when I went to change him, discovered that he had messed ALL over the inside of his pjs. I thought we were done with this stuff! :-( he'd not been sick since Tuesday and had finally started eating well yesterday.

so katlyn woke up and I had her start a bath up for him to clean him off. while batheing him, I asked her to take out the walmart bag that had the whole messy diaper in it out to the big trash outside. while outside she found that something had come up and dragged off all our baby kittens and killed them! :'( she of course was VERY upset. breaks my heart that she found them. she loves animals and has loved on thsoe babies from day one. they just had opened their eyes and were starting to wander outside their box. :'(

so we're staying home today, dont want to take a risk of passing anything around (dang it, thought we were DONE with this! 

need a V8

last night gavin started getting sick at dinner. he didnt quite make it
to the bathroom, but he did make it all over the bathroom door. another
job for the carpet cleaner.
then after bedtime, dh got it. it has been YEARS since he was sick to
his tummy. as he says he has a cast iron stomach. got me really worried
after that!
my tummy was upset last night, but I've not been sick (please oh please
let it stay that way) but I have been sitting on the potty. which I'd
rather do than toss my cookies anyway.
dh stayed home from work today (another sure sign that he felt bad )
and everyone is sleeping except me, garrett and hunter.
I'm tired too, but mommy doesnt get that rest yet.
I did sleep on the waterbed last night (with about 8 blankets under me)
and its warming up quite nice now, so we'll be back in our own bed soon!

supposed to have ball practice, one shop for sonic (hope I can handle
that tummy-wise) and PO stop to make. we'll see how the day goes...

*sigh*

seems the 'before bed puking' was only the beginnging. Garrett did end up sleeping for me (woke around 4 to be held for a while before going back to sleep) but at 2, hunter woke puking, then about 20 minutes later C ran to the bathroom to do the same.
they played a tennis match doing the same thing the rest of the night/morning.
they're both now resting in recliners, I'll need to be steam cleaning the carpets and mattress where hunter didnt want to get up to go to the bathroom .
Garrett woke around 7 this morning and after a bit of wallering in the bed with me I got him some juice mix, but that quickly got rejected. he doused himself this time. and me again. and the bed. and the pillows.
I called my mom cause I wanted to see how katlyn was and turns out she woke around 4 this morning getting sick as well.
so all my babies, except gavin (big honkin' knock on wood) are sick. dont know what the culprit was either.
course I'm mostly worried about garrett since he's not eaten much of anything since sunday night. he had been able to keep down juice at least until today. :-( gotta watch him more closely now.
so, new plans for today? a lot of laying around and being lazy.

sun and not so fun

boy, I'm tired! I got a lot of sun today, even though we had a lean-to over us with shade. good thing I put sunscreen on before going over. still got burnt a bit though. my shoulders are touchy (and I have a farmer's tan from my tank top :-D ). we got maybe 50 pots done today, only about 450 more to go.  LOL! yeah, lot of work!
the kids did well though. Garrett wasn't too happy about being in the PNP at times, but once he took a nap (after falling asleep in the swing) and the other he just played. katlyn and the boys did their best to keep him occupied by swinging and romping in the grass. they were all dirty by the end of the day though. my little piglets!

Garrett is still not feeling 100% though. he acts fine, plays great, naps like he should, but he's not eating well still. he again, didn't finish his yogurt this morning, did take some juice/pedialyte mix. at lunch he ate.... um... well, not sure what he ate. oh, he helped mom finish her cereal (special K), but barely touched his PB sandwich. drank a small bit of milk then. and some more juice mix later.
for dinner, he ate some of my garlic bread and I got out my last jar of stage 3 stuff (squash) to see if he'd take that. he ate half a jar for me.
I fixed his bottle for bedtime and he took 6 oz of that and went to sleep on me.
well, I went to go lay him down after typing up in stacy's journal when I reached the bedroom door, he power puked all over me!  totally missed himself! bleh!!!!!!!! nothing like the smell of given-back formula. I didn't have to change him, seeing as he was still DRY *sheesh* but had to completely change myself and wipe off and clean the floor up (which will need the spot cleaner tomorrow).
he went right back to sleep and is laying down now.
obviously we need to hold off on the milk a while longer til his tummy is more set to rights. (reminds me of how hunter did with his first tummy bug). this was the first time he got sick since monday at lunch. :-(

plans for tomorrow are to stay home and get school work done. havnet been able to do anything the past two days. ugh! katlyn stayed at my moms house though, but she's not behind like some 11 year old boys I know.

WOO!

so we have a 2002 Ford Focus now! its ours, go us! 
ok, so we have a payment on the focus and the mystery machine now and for both, the total payments are still $40 less than the one payment on the caravan was! way cool. insurance is about the same as what it was on the ford truck, so no biggie on that one. good news also is that no caravan payment will draw this month since it got closed out before the date, so that's extra $ we'll have now (its already got somewhere to go, but still.  )

I did figure up our numbers tonight. seeing where we've come from where we started back in September. Our debt that we owe (not including the house) is $10K LESS than it was in September 2006 now!!!!!! (and yes, that is even with the 2 new vehicle loans) that is a LOT of headway to have been made for us! I'm very proud of us for doing that. I'm not saying that boastfully either, I'm saying it as a family that was scraping for a penny to be left over and usually that penny wasn't there. I'm saying it as a family who has learned their financial lesson and are trying hard to show a better life for their children and themselves. I'm saying it as a mom who doesn't want to tell her kids they cant have a quarter for a gumball machine cause I'm worried if I'll need that stupid quarter for something else!
we still have a long way to go (gosh, is it ever so hard to explain that to a kid), but we can see the progress and it does feel good! we're finally getting somewhere after so many years of just being stuck in the mud! it just boggles my mind how we made it through month after month before. when we get more stuff paid off, I'll be thinking the same thing still. there are a LOT of lines left to mark off our list (of debts) so I need to buckle down some more and get serious again.

ok, happy dance on hold for now. :-)

it was a long, but good day. we spent about 3 hours at the bank in all, got insurance on the focus, stopped to see if my brother was awake (nope), dh met us at the bank, which was great cause it saved me from bringing the paperwork home and taking it back in the morning.

we had subs for dinner (meatball and ham) and watched 24 and CSI: Miami.

never made it to my moms today, we'll be heading over in the morning after breakfast.

everyone wang chung tonight

long HOT day out there! we actually got in town at a fairly early time today. so proud of myself. LOL!
found a couple yard sales with summer clothes for the littlest man and some cute tinkerbell stuff for K (I'm holding those back til later). there weren't a lot of sales out today, or at least ones I really wanted to bother with, but I did find stuff I wanted/needed at all the ones I went to. the best was the last one here in town where I found one of G's bday gifts! I've been looking for a ride-on toy for him but hadn't found one I really liked and the ones at the consignment store just didn't 'flip my switch'. BUT I found him a new-in-the-box Winnie the Pooh ride on for $5 today!  she said her granddaughter had gotten it for Christmas, but she had so much stuff they never opened it! dh (or me) will need to put it together and I want to check the battery, JIC to make sure it makes all the noises its supposed to. LOL!
and at the consignment store I found the other thing I wanted for him, a sand and water table! it only came in recently, cause I was in last week and it wasn't there. I'm just going to use it for water cause Garrett (and ALL the kids) love playing in water! it was $25 and I've got it on layaway.

so I'm pleased as punch! TWO birthday kids gifts taken care of! only 3 more kids to go! I have no idea what to get those boys either. will have to do some thinking...

had to take the van in to the shop today. the a/c wasnt working! NOT cool (literally!). they said it had a block in the line (something about a... um... pressure thingy that lets the coolant get to the compressors I think. but it also only had one pound of coolant (freon?) in it, so they added in 3lbs. they think it may have a small leak somewhere between the front and rear units so they ran some dye in and I'll take it back in next week to see if there in fact is a leak and if so, they'll be able to find it. hopefully it wont BE leaking though and it was just the 'stuck flappy thing' that they oiled up (or whatever LOL! ) today and all is well. we just want it fixed, GOT to have an a/c!!
thankfully my hubby was there when all this was explained so HE Knows what they're talking about while I'm just nodding my head in agreement. LMBO!!

Canaan's game with the neighboring town was canceled today. they did drive over there, but the field was flooded.

birthday plans! well, I'd thought to have K's party june 2nd (her bday is actually the 6th), but tonight I found out from my mom that john and tasha will have Landon's bday that day out at the park. so I'll push hers back to the next weekend instead. AND since we'll be doing that, we'll put Garrett's party with hers so my dad wont have to drive over here twice in june (a 2hr+ drive one way). I wanted to do hers the 2nd and his on the 16th so there'd be a free weekend in between (cause Hunter's bday party will be on July 7th). oy! so I asked Katlyn if she would mind having Garrett's celebration the same day as hers and she said she didn't mind at all. (such a sweety!)  I told her I'd make them both their own cakes. (which she was happy about of course). so we'll stick with the Hawaiian/beach theme, will just be adding half of a boyish touch to it. (did I mention I picked up some "first birthday" balloons for G on my MDO?) and I know the perfect shirts for all the kids to wear for the party! hehe!

not sure what we'll be doing tomorrow. dh is working, and mom wants to go yard saleing. dont know if she'll stop by to pick us up or not. C has already said he doesn't want to go. LOL!

G is toddling about more and more. I'd call him a part-time walker now. he loves that dang rag to hold on to. cracks me up!! he'll yank it at my hand, demanding that I take hold of it for him and off he goes. I keep letting go of it while he's walking about and when he notices or tries to "pull it from me" he'll see I'm not there and laughs or falls. he's such a goober. everyone was getting tickled at him at goodyear today (where we took the van) cause I was making him walk (or else be on my hip) cause the floor was so nasty! his feet were black from the dirt! ew!!!! (and no, I didn't have any shoes with me cause I hadn't expected to be there. :P) so he walked around inspecting their tires and greeting people at the doors. LOL! so glad they have a tv with cartoon network though, at least the kids got to watch that to stay entertained (at least a little bit) and dh got there about an hour into the wait.

I know there's more. but this has taken me an hour or more to write up between doing other stuff.

vroom!

so HUGE news on Garrett! I decided tonight, since he's set on holding someone's finger to walk, to just get a washcloth and see if he'd hold onto that. once I showed him what I was doing, he was ALL for it. he started RUNNING through the house! :-D yes, I'm holding one end of the washcloth, he's got the other, but its enough 'safety' for him to take off. nutty kid! reminds me SO much of Katlyn cause she was the SAME way.

we were chasing the kitty (now he's worked up to saying "gi gi" with a hard G sound), "kicking" the ball (basically walking it around the floor by bopping it with his feet), went to find daddy on one end of the house, snooping in our closet to find the scales, found katlyn and hunter on the other end of the house. him laughing the whole time cause he's so proud of himself.
plenty of times I secretly let go of the washrag and he kept on going, toddling along about his business.

and forgot to mention, my mom took all the kids down to the creek to play today. she said Garrett took off into the water right away. *splash splash* and crawled around to enjoy it. got a pic she took for me on my phone that I'll DL later.

wednesday: MDO

so I had a GREAT day. though I wasn't sure how it'd go this morning. it seemed everything went haywire of course. didn't get to moms till about 10 cause they were working on a bridge going that way, so we had to take the long way around, which added about 20 minutes to my trip. then mom wanted me to take a couple baby things with me to do what I wanted (walker and baby swing) I ended up dropping them off at consignment when I came back home), and asked me to stop at the bank for her in town AND had to stop at the library to find my friend Danielle who was picking up C and Gavin for a sleep over to let her know the bridge was blocked. I ended up getting to my sis' a bit after 11. so much for being there as early as possible.
but once there it was great! she drove and we went to a couple different dollar tree type stores. I found stuff for K's bday party! I'm doing a Luau theme for her! I found flowers for the hair, Hawaii grab bags, party favors (mostly Disney princess stuff), a pink flower lai (sp?) for her, flowers to hang up, paper lanterns (Hawaii theme) and pink cutlery. I"m going to see if I can find pink plates in a bigger value at walmart than what was at the $ store, and hopefully some of the cheapy plastic lais for her party girl guests. (K will get the pretty flowery one ).
I think I'll do big flowers on her cake too.  ;-) she's excited about it and was very happy with what I found!

I also found a small gift for her (a little soft teddy with her name on it), a small gift for Garrett's bday (bath squirt toys), a gift bag for C's bday (baseball theme!) and more. I think for everything I got I spent $21 (that includes all the grab bag stuff like princess pencils, erasers, bubbles, stickers and more ). so I think that's pretty good! and the decor we'll reuse in K's room.(she loved that idea )

we also went to lunch at a local mexican place and it was delish! I had nachos.

then off to best buy! I found her MP3 player!!  its also Disney brand, pink/purple with flowers (they didn't have the princess style) and I got it for $40, plus $8 for the 2 yr warantee so we're good to go!  I've got one birthday gift down, 4 more kids to go! :-D
the best thing is that it listed for $50, but was the same as another that was $40 (only difference was the other was blue, they were both the last of their kind). so I asked the dept guy "why cant I get this one for $40? so after checking it out, they okayed it, so I got $10 off!!
a couple more shops, including hanging at her house for a while and I had to go back home. *wahhhh*

so it was great, we both laughed, yakked and had a wonderful time. we both agreed we needed the day out VERY badly!

af is kicking my butt!  :'( cramps aren't so bad (Tylenol helps wonderfully), but DANG if I'm not bleeding like a stuck pig!! it was a GOOD thing I took extra 'protection' with me today while I was out or I'd have been in BIG trouble.  I'm ready to be pg again to get rid of this stuff!! :-D

Monday at lunch, the conversation came around and Katlyn ended up saying she wanted to be a vegetarian! she's doing this for a week. so I told her to feel the full effects, she has to be a true vegan w/ no dairy or meats. she's not that happy with that part. LOL! BUT she's doing it so far. and she only had cheese once. she told me today she doesn't like being a vegetarian. ;-)

science test!

in a GREAT round of news, Canaan made a 91% on his science test
yesterday! that's his first A in science this year! Praise the Lord for
the new curriculum he likes!!

friday talk

dh and C are at a ballgame (which kinda irks me as its been pouring for hours so C will be coming home CAKED in mud). went yard saleing today only to find ONE that was actually open. it wasn't raining this morning, but was cloudy, so I guess a lot of people opted not to put stuff out. :P I'll try again tomorrow. I did find Gavin and Hunter a spiderman shirt and a spiderman 2pc set, some popcicle freezer pop set and a couple of rubber spatulas.

havent been to walmart yet, it was already 3pm by the time I got there, G had just fallen asleep and it was crowded! no way jose!

G has been fussy today. argh! his latest return is to SCREAM at everything he is displeased with or if you take anything away from him. he can even do it with a mouthful of food. eating at pizza hut tonight was a real blast. yeah. going through food lion was a real hoot. yeah.
he's been sleeping great, so not sure what the fussiness is from, unless he's missing some good day naps. Fridays are always hard to get a good nap in for him.

and guess you found his way in the potty this morning? he can open the potty lid too, and if he discovers the gate isn't put up or if one of the other kids leave my bathroom door open, he's full blast heading in there. yuck yuck yuck!

not sure what else. I know there was something I was going to yak about, but I forgot what it was.

I am going to get a 'girls day out' with my sis on Wednesday though. we're both looking SO forward to that! I'll take the kids to my moms about 9 am and head out so we can go play! this will be the first time she and I have gotten out by ourselves since she moved back. not sure what we'll do, but we'll be laughing the WHOLE time! she's a nut and she brings out the nut in me!

we rescued 2 hummingbirds from the garage yesterday. this is the male, didn't get pics of the female. they're fine, buzzing around where they should be now. :)
